SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFORMATION

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 12 pm EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 12 pm EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE?

All Festina watches that are purchased from our website will be shipped free** with ground shipping. We do offer expedited shipping options, like 2-day and Next day shipping which can be purchased upon checkout.

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US (SUPPORT@FESTINAWATCHES.COM) immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

MY ORDER STATUS SAYS “UNFULFILLED”. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

“Unfulfilled” just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to “Fulfilled.”

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please contact us (SUPPORT@FESTINAWATCHES.COM) and we will process your order manually.

 

 

WATCH SPECS & WARRANTY

 

WHAT TYPE OF MOVEMENT IS USED?

Festina watches are fitted with a Japanese Miyota Precision Quartz Movement which is one of the most well known in the industry. We also have certain styles that are fitted with Japanese Miyota Automatic Movement.

ARE FESTINA WATCHES WATERPROOF?

Festina watches come with a varying degree of waterproof and water resistance levels. If you refer to the item detail specs, you will find the level that corresponds to a style.

Below are the different water-resistant watches that Festina produces:

3 ATM (30 meters/100 feet), please avoid all contact with water, as WATER DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.

5 ATM (50 meters/160 feet), can withstand a brief submersion under water (i.e. hand washing) but should not be taken swimming or bathing.

10ATM (100 meters/330 feet), rating and can be taken swimming at the surface or snorkeling at a shallow depth but cannot be taken SCUBA diving.

WHAT TYPE OF LEATHER IS USED?

Our leather straps are made of genuine cow-hide leather.

WHAT IS THE GLASS MADE OF?

The glass we use for our watches is made of hardened mineral crystal.

IS THERE A WARRANTY?

Festina offers a international limited warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects for 2-years after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don’t work properly, and it’s our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free.

However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt.

If you’ve purchased from our site, the order number will suffice; otherwise you will need to send us a copy of the receipt from an authorized Festina dealer.

WHAT TYPE OF BATTERY IS USED?

We use SONY SR626SW and SR621SW batteries

HOW DO I REPLACE MY BATTERY?

All of our watch batteries can be found at any electronic store, as well as most watch repair or jewelry shops. Any watch repair shop or Jeweler should be able to assist you with the battery replacement. We don’t suggest replacing the battery, as it requires some special tools and you could damage the watch.

 

 

RETURNS

 

HOW CAN I GET A REFUND?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse, subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from Festinawatches.com. Also expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. Please make sure that if an item is returned in original condition, ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR REMOVAL OF PARTS, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 24 hours. Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
